Performance Health USA, LLC will not allow you to cancel ANYTHING!!! They don't answer the phone, don't have a website and they promise you that after your "trail sample" you can cancel... NOT!!! I had to put a hold on my credit card and report them to the acount specialist to STOP them from taking $74.76 from my credit card, and in August alone they took it out four times... Do not order anything from this company, it's a scam... Just google it and you will see just how many people have been RIPPED OFF!!!
