I had a medical emergency with my horse and it was serious, I called Camille at happy horse haulers and she said she could be there but not for an hour, well the hour came and the hour went. I repeatedly called to no avail, she never called to cancel just left us high and dry. Luckily, my friend borrowed a trailer and we made it to the vet in a nick of time. The sheer lack of caring wether or not my horse lived or died really made me sick. Now that I read about this company on usacomplaints.com I ask myself why didnt someone warn me?

To think that this person is still behind the wheel is awful! No insurance, no class a, no trailer insurance, I must say, Im glad this thief didnt take us. Cant something be done?
