Rip-off deceptive company

On dec. 13 my husband brought over the inter net a sexy 3 pc. Bustier w/robe for me for christmas. We started checking after it had not arrived in the time allowed. We were told it was being shipped. Hopefully arriving for valintines day. No, then hoping maybe my birthday in march. No again.

I wrote the bbb and they got no where. I called and phyliss hung up on me. Numerous times. I have quite the phone bill. Then we got ahold of our prepaid legal attornys, still got no whwere. Then i filed a compliant with both attory generals office in ohio and new jersey. I even called the roselle police department to see if it was a real shop. So far we have got no where.

So here we are out of $119.00 which was takin off our credit card and as yet no product or credit. Phyliss was a real nasty person and hung up on me a total of 8 times when i tried to talk to her. I even e-mailed and sent her by mail all my reciepts.
