Com two kids football kits ordered - never appeared and no response to e-mails

I ordered two childrens football kits, for Birthday presents, which are now long past. When I originally placed my order, I was taken in by the "UK" part of the web address and only realised after the order was placed that the "company" is not based in the UK at all. Alarm bells rang immediately, there is no contact except via e-mail and no cancellation facility, the postage is too low and 14-18 working days delivery is extremely long.

My order was due at the very latest last Friday, but I held out little hope of it arriving and in that I was correct. Despite having e-mailed, I have received no response. I received my credit card statement, to find that these charlatans had not only taken the money at point of order not "supposed" despatch, but they had taken more money than was authorised. These people have no conscience over the stress, anxiety and disappointment that they cause.

In response to Mrs. M, from Bournemouth, I will also be contacting paypal, but if you paid by credit card, you should contact the credit card company and I believe that they will refund the money and they can chase up the bad debt and blacklist the company.

Lastly, I would like to point out that there is another company with the same web address, which sells football souveniers and it seems to be perfectly legitimate.
