Disgusting company

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I had put in a large order on JULY 17th. After a week I had called the company with the response from the girl that worked there that she was starting her own supply company and she sent me her catalog instead.

Week 3-phone call from the office after making a complaint again, that the girl working there was not sending out orders, she was shipping my order the next day... By this time, my shop was out of needles, so I had faith and did not order from anyone else... No package came... I ordered from someone else...

It is now october 1st. My order us still "pending". I have made over 15 phone calls, begging them to at least call me and tell me that my order is late, or just to give me an explanation... That would have made me happy... Still I was ignored. On going to their website, they have had enough time to update it, get new products and offer great deals to unsuspecting people...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I guess their 4-7 business days is looking like 4-7 business months...

I am contacting the credit company today, as well as some other legal company... I lost money due to a few days of no equipment... They are scumbags...
