"Diamond Promotionz" claims to be a MySpace promotion outfit for musical acts and bands. They claim:

"After three years, we have decided to take our magic to the public and offer Myspace Promotion like no one else. We decided to become the most efficient way to promote your Myspace profile for the cheapest price on the net. With our safeguard policy of NEVER asking for any of your login information-we have quickly gained status as a trusted site. We hope to change the lives of thousands of more musicians as we did to our past 200 private clients."

"Your Plays Will Be Spread Out Evenly and Will Begin In As Little As 30 Minutes. All activity flows naturally and steadily. If you feel your plays have not been administered correctly, please contact our help desk. As soon as payment is received expect your plan to run through within the following days depending on the plan you purchase. You will be contacted by a personal representative after purchase to assist you throughout your stay."

Their FAQ claims:

"Does This Really Work?
Yes. We have been doing this successfully for over 200 Myspace Artists for the past 3 years. If we fail to accomplish what you pay for-let your personal representative know and we'll more than surely give you 300 free friends and a few 1000 extra plays/visits. We are the only service that offers UNIQUE PLAYS/VISITS on the net. And we're still the cheapest... By far."

None of this is true. I was never contacted. They never responded to my enquiries. There were no increases in the visits to MySpace.

I suspected there was something amiss when I signed up for their "5000 Unique Myspace Plays 3000 Unique Profile Views" and received a receipt stating:

Business: Rachel Valdez
Contact E-Mail: unsueno2004@yahoo.com"

I thought it strange that an individual received payment and not "Diamond Promotionz".

Needless to say this fool threw his monay away (to Ms Rachel Valdez, or whatever the real name).

A scam. Total Rip-Off.
