Took my money and my devorce wasn't done

I called a number to Legal Aid which I thought it was in my local area which was 1-866-565-7188. I talked to a Ronald Dimmer and after he got my money he said no refunds and then I asked him what do I do next to get my devorce done and he said that he would send me the paperwork all I would have to do is file it so I did that and the people at the courthouse said this isn't the right paper work so I went to an attorney and he said out of all the papers only one sheet was right for the state of missouri. I paid them 2 payments of $200.00 and I have the reciepts still and the papers that are not any good to file. I got the papers and on them it has an address of 3801 E Florida Ave., Suite 400 Denver, Colorado 80210. The phone number is (303) 991-5746 fax number 888-582-4925. I had some questions to ask them and they never returned my calls and I tried to call them several times and then the number wasn't a working number. All I want is my devorce done and my money back from them so I can get this done. Please let me know what I can do about this. Thanks
