They take the money and never ship the orde

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on this site on July 13th for a $100,60 amount that I paid with my Paypal account. Paypal confirmed me the transaction, but this site Hollywood Exoticwear has never sent me a confirmation email for this order. The only place where I can see a trace of my order is in the account that I opened on their site.

I tried to contact them several times, by email, by telephone and also through their online chat on their site. Only once at the beginning I had a person who assured me that my order was in wait because they had not the ordered shoes in their stock and that they should be sent in the next week.

Since then, I don't have any new. When I call up to their phone number, I always fall on the answering machine. I also left offline messages on their chat but I never got any answer. Surprising thing, their e-mail address does not even appear on their site! In fact, I ever didn't receive anything from them in my email box, except their advertising newsletter which promises tempting discounts for Halloween...

I found afterward on internet a few complaints from other consumers who had been cheated by this company aswell. They all say that this site has a very professional look but that it's used only for stealing the money of those who order and that we should distrust it. Their technique consists in proposing very tempting prices, as well as punctual promotions.
