Suggests payment BEFORE one gets to see what is involved

I've applied on line for my first time passport. This company asks for payment first!!! After deciding I wasn't able to navigate this site (only moments later) I followed directions for a refund. I was then notified they were keeping $50.00 of my money. They also have very high charges for their services as I learned later that ones' local post office does this for a very reasonable rate. Nothing was completed at all. They claim you need to return their form in 72 hours to remain eligible for a refund. I only took about 4 minutes to see that this site was not for me. A total rip-off!
