Terrible customer service

Regardless of your difference in opinion and lack of understanding my situation, politeness would have been appreciated. Do you work for Access America, or did they pay you to post support? People at the company seemed no different when attending to claims than you and my guess is you don't care for your $ much. As americans, we do! And I want to let others know.

If the results were conclusive, the doctor (who is clearly more educated than you) would have said so. The doctor clearly mentioned "non pre-existing condition"... Yet you and Access America seem to think otherwise. Do I smell something fishy?
