Friend who take advantage of me

Diane Jones is my friend and has been for 2yrs. Up until she lied to me and betrayed my trust in her. I was selling avon a month ago and she ordered some cologne and perfume from me that's worth $48.00. I gave her two days to pay me since i know she is waiting for her paycheck. When it was time to pay, she wrote a personal check for $48.00, knowing fully well that her Washington Mutual checking account is closed, has been for several months, according to the bank teller at the bank. I called Diane and told her and she acted surprised and said she didnt know why it was closed. According to the teller, Diane had closed the account herself. I have been after Diane for the money she owes and she gives me this lame excuse that she hasnt been working alot and she had no money. That was a month ago, August of 08.
I even told her that the check she wrote has been resubmitted for payment twice already and that the bounced check fee hasd been imposed on her and she just shrugged it off and didnt seem to care one way or the other.
She has repeatedly borrowed money from me and my boyfriend and promised to pay us back, up until now she hasnt paid us one cent.
I dont know what to do about this matter. I feel she has taken advantage of my friendship and has no intentions of paying the money she owes me.
THe money she owes me plus tfor the avon items is $98.00 all together.
CAn someone please tell me what i can do make this ungrateful woman pay me what she owes me?
