Found charges for voicemail from esbi on my verizon bill. Have voicemail included with my verizon freedom plan. Called esbi. Was referred to several different operators. No one knew what was going on but they did have my name. Phone number, address and e-mail address. Was told i will get credit in one -two months. Will keep an eye out for further charges from esbi.
