Ez Grant Pro
Took money out of account unauthorized $89.31 salt lake city

Shops, Products, Services

I ordered a cd online from EZ GRANT PRO for $3.95 and never received the cd. Then I discovered that this company took $89.31 out of my account with out permission. When I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor I spoke to a man name Steve and he gave me a run around and finally after I threatened to dispute charge with my bank and then close my account so they could not go back later and take it again he agreed to refund me my money. Told me it would take 4-6 business days. It has been two weeks and when I call I am told that it is in pending status. I am now waiting for Steve to call me back to tell me why this is not taken care of. Ripoff
