Dry Cleaners that ruins your clothes and Rips you off!

Yes my names Sammy and I went to Mc Natts drycleaning with 2,000$ worth of clothes! When I went to pick them up (which was 4 days late anyways) I noticed they ruined all my tops with chemicals and ripped holes in my clothes all over. I left my clothes there and the next day call the manager Tina who was very rude and trashy, laughed at me saying she can't do anything about my tops est. 220$ a piece. I asked to pay me back for there service and give me money to I can replace my tops that where ready to be trashed and she says there nothing she an do about it!

So I said let me contact the owner her her words were "NO"! Tina said thats its not there fault it there buss partners, well I dropped my clothes off there not where they send it too so they are responsible for them. Thats there excuse lol! That buss. Does not know how to handle or talk to customers at all. Not only did they not replace my trashes clothes but did not even give me my money back for there dry cleaning service.

I will never allow any Mc Natts touch my clothes they are ruined and done for. They send there clothes away to Tampa and who ever they use for cleaning service has no clue what they are doing. They should look threw the final product before it gets returned to the customer. So now I had no choice but to file a lawsuit against them. They are rude and a bunch or trailortrash that need to pay for "THERE" mistakes.

I would like to know anyone who had the same problem because I'm sure this isnt the first time. STAY AWAY They will pay for there mistakes trust me.
