This company was hired to photo and video our wedding, the contract was signed and agreed upon... The day of the wedding they were late. Promised items described in the contract were not performed. Upon receipt of our photo and video, the workmanship was awful, mispelled names, abrupt ending, dark, out of focus. Although they have promised a full refund, they never follow through. It has now been over a year, and now don't respond at all. We have now further this up the legal channel.
