Scammers and fradualent taking money out of someones account

To whom it may concer:

I am writing this report because I have never seen a company with lousy customer service in my entire life and trust me it was lousy. My wife order these EXTENZE PILLS that they show the commercial at night. So I gave them the information the requested and on top of that my wife asked them question inference if the product doesn't work and what is the return policy and also the cancellation policy just to be safe. Well my wife call them to let them know not to send any additional shipment because my husband got sick for them.

My wife call them almost 4 days early before they send me any shipment and they told me no problem it will be cancel now and feature orders. My wife confirme this with the person from customer service dept. Now here is the problem my wife always check her bank account online and guess what the charge me for $50.90 when she told them to call the account. You won't believe this my wife have been trying for the past 2 day to get in contact with them and no one is available on the 1-800-727-1664 and their other phone number that is printed on the original invoice.
