Rip-off They cashed my check, but sent nothing in return

I sent my check to Communications Publishing on 9-23 the check was cashed with-in a week. It is now 1-13 and I yet have not received anything for the $23.90 I sent.

I have seen that I am not the only one that they have done this to. But I am going to see what if anything I can do to get something done about these rip-off artists.
There should be no excuse for this company to get away with things like this.
