Bad Deal, Deceptive, and I got Screwed

I found this offer by FIS Marketing.in starting my own business, I found the necessity of purchasing leads to get started. Something seemed fishy about this company, but they assured me what they would do and how long they had been in business.

I was also told that the leads could be generated around the areas that I was going to be working. Understanding these were only addresses I could then contact them if in my area. I was more interested in the fact that they would help me find good, pre qualified employees. Having been in the sales business realize how much it's worth to have a good salesman, I thought $500 would be worth any number of good pre-qualified individuals. I was also assured if they did not accept my initial offer, they would follow up and keep at least 1 in 3. These odds (guaranteed) we worth the $500 to me.

I went ahead with the offer, received leads that were not in my specified area. I had already paid and thought that I could at least get my guaranteed 1 in 3. Yet, NOTHING i repeat NOTHING ever happened. I contacted them and they said we would post and add. I gave them recommendations to post adds. Not a person. My complaint is where are my 10 guys with a guarantee of 1 in 3. I got screwed on the leads, my bad, but this was a deliberate lie. Nothing has been done to remedy the situation which brings me here.
