Vestta - Prepaid AT&T This company has been debiting my account over a year unauthorized from an disconnected prepaid account with Cingular Wireless

AT&T, Vesta Corp has been debiting amounts of $42, $39, and $29 from my banking account for over a year from a cancealed account that I had with Cingular Wireless. When I called to dispute the charges and have Vest Corp to put my money back in my account, a Vest Corp. Rep told me that I should of paid more attention to my previous banking statements.""Basically the Rep. Stated it was my fault that they were riping me off". Now it is not right that I was continuing to billed for accounts that I cancealed and was not using anymore. I never set up an automatic draft with Vesta Corp to take anything out of my banking account, all I ever done was replenish minutes by calling in to the call center and giving them my banking account information. I need some help!!! I can't let these people take my money without even caring at all. Is there anyone that can assist me with this matter. Honestly I never even heard of these people until I just started paying close attention to my banking statements!
