First Data Merchant Services Corp he sign me a lease for 48 months, if dosen't work out i can cancel the lease

I apply online business credit thru advanta.com. When I turn down thecredit someone call from first data merchant services name Alex Miller he explain to me everything the monthly $29.94 and he fax to me the form to sign it and he mark the sticker off words "terms" and hand wright 48 months. When i fax first to him and spoke him and ask question about 48 months on it i saw he said to me was, If my husband company did not work out for credit card we able to call him back and cancel it. Four months go by I call alex miller left message to his extension and he did not call me back. I call several times spoked someone and told me he dosn't work there no more. I dispute with letter and send to supervisor references I will not able to pay the rest of the months left because our identity was been stolen and i report to all credit bureau, ftc, consumer and i did put security alert and freeze my credit report. I explain everything to supervisor but no response letter was send to me. Few weeks and months they been calling us and harrasment if we don't pay will put in collection agency and credit report and we been receiving letter to pay $1341.31 included agency fee. I did ignore them and not to answer any phone call. I am not obligated to pay at all after alex miller lie to me.
