On 23 September I ordered and paid by check #1568 a mini-dish network. The check was promptly cashed on 1 October at the Bankers Trust in NY. Today is 12 January and I still do not have the mini-dish or my money. Now, I do not want the dish. I want my full dollar amount of $16.90.
