Scam artist - lets get a class action going reservatio charge - scam! Internet

I'm at a loss for words. How can a company be this rude? The customer service people could not even find out how I was getting charged. I mean hello you are the freaking people charging my bank account WITHOUT my permission and you can't find how your charging me? They say you signed up for it, I tell you I did NOT. I'm an IT Professional, I would know if I signed up for this. This company should be shut down.

Now they have all my personal information, and will sell it to every company they can. They have your email, full name, address, credit card info. They are the definition of identity thieves.
