CPS - Elizabeth Ramos, Plano Texas Beware of Elizabeth Ramos!

I filed a report on a neglectful mom, a parent who says she does not want her daughter and who also said that it sucks she has to have her daughter on certain nights because that is her drinking night with the guys. This mom also 'forgets' (her own word) to feed her daughter (she admitted all of this). I won't go into other details about the many, many incidences and years of neglect shown by this 'mom'.

Elizabeth Ramos could not get in touch with this parent for over a month. Obviously, the mom was not too worried about calling CPS back. So Elizabeth scheduled a time to meet with me. Elizabeth did not show up and she never called. Soon after, I got a letter saying the case was closed. She did not ask me for witnesses, physical proof, pictures, phone numbers, teachers... All of which I had. I then called her and she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to me on the phone. She also raised her voice and made accusations towards me.

Elizabeth is horrible at what she does - she should find another job.
