Had to call 5 times once got hung up on

I got home did not have black-flag spray i bought i named to inform them cause I really couldnot return in today or tomorrow cause i perform by period i log off they'll be shut it being work morning i named the lady asked me when the door nobs i bought were they in a container or plastic box i offered her the amounts of base of recet questioned what shade the carrier of planting medium i purchased! I requested spoken to supervisor I acquired put upon. I called back following the fifth period was speaking with the supervisor while he was speaking with somebody else i questioned him if he was hearing he explained yes then questioned me that which was i saying! Did not obtain the spray simply rude people.
