I ordered the "free" cd for my son. He did not have a credit card, so I used mine. Next thing I know, my account is hit for $69.95 - I called no less than 12 times, sent at least 8 emails and they either hang up on you or don't reply to emails at all. They refused to give me a refund and from what I have seen, I am not alone in this! How can these people be allowed to continue ripping people off like this!
