Ripped off and no manager in sight

I purchased a criminal report and only got name address and phone which I already had entered. I called them and they said their data only goes back 7 years.

I said where was that stated. They said in the disclaimer. I did not see it and asked for a manager. The gal said there was no manager there to talk to, and they did not know when one would be around.

This is a ripoff of $27.95!! There was nothing that states the data only goes back 7 years. I called my credit card company and they said they could only deal with it after the company was paid!
