I moved into a rental property that has an inground pool. The owners previously used this company so I called to get estimates for opening my pool. They couldn't give me a price or a day/time they would be able to schedule me. Feeling uneasy after talking to them I decided NOT to use their service. About a week later I woke at 7:30 A.M. To find two men in my pool area. They had unhooked my cover and thus deposited all the leaves that were on the cover into my pool!!! I was furious and told them that I HAD NOT scheduled with them and for them to leave. I called their office to complain and the number had been disconnected. That was April. This week I received an invoice from them for 599.00 for pool opening! When I called to dispute it, the very nasty SCREAMING at me "Debbie" tells me I HAD to have been serviced because she has an invoice and they have my phone number and hangs up on me. They are terrible do not use this company or call them. If they have your phone number (the first thing they ask for when you call) they feel they can bill for anything. There claim to fame is "Selected One of America's Top 100 Pool & Spa Companies in 1994"... There is a reason they have been picked as such since then!
