I am very upset. I have submitted (twice) change of address forms over your website. I have also faxed over (twice) a copy to my 'old' post office at 7435 Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA. I have talked (three times) with this same post office and attempted (without success) to contact someone at the Santa Ana center. I have driven to the old post office and put a copy in the hands of your employees. I have talked to the carrier (Bobby Santos) who delivers mail to the old address. I STILL am not receiving mail and no one has rectified this situation. If there is a 'living and breathing' individual in your system, please help. My bills need to be paid. My wife needs her Soc Sec check and my son needs to receive his medications.
