Rip-off

I sent a check to J.D. Marvel Products in November of and they have cashed my check but I have yet to receive the hearing aids that I ordered the total amount sent was $21.95.

I feel they are running a rip off scam and they are taking advantage of good people for they should be accountable for and reimburse us or provide us with the product we have paid for.
