Over-payment

I've obtained my grand daughter to possess her images created, because she was 7 days old, 30 days old, and 2 weeks old. At each occasion, I've settled forward and gotten the pkg. Along with the free 10x13 or even the 11x16, and that I have experienced the 25% off discount aswell. The bundle I purchase every time includes a Disc with must charge 39.99. I've looked over my bills and realized that I've compensated 49.99 twice, and never obtained my 25% off the occasions. Though my support continues to be surperb, this can be a dilemma for me personally. I'd enjoy it fixed, and my funds returned.
