Employee pushed my 5-year-old and entered home over moved TV

My sister got a TV from Aaron's on 8-16-08. She did the paperwork and paid for the TV, and the next day she came to stay with me and brought the TV. I was sitting in my house while she was at work, and there was a knock on my door. My son, who is 5 years old, answered the door, even though I had told him not to open the door when someone knocks. Instead of saying, "Where is your mom, can I come in," or waiting for me to tell him to come in, the man pushed my son out of the way and stomped through my house. He snatched the wires out of the back of the TV and threw my things on the floor.

I asked him what he was doing. He said we breached the contract when we moved the TV. I replied no, we did not, my sister lives here and the TV is in her name. I then asked him how he knew where the TV was. He replied, "I just know," so I asked, "Are you stalking me?" He said, "I'm here, ain't I." I told him it is illegal to stalk someone, and he replied, "Well, I get paid good to do it." When he left my house, 5 kids were crying their eyes out.

I told him he could take the TV, as I was not going to fight with him, but he did not have a reason to threaten and harass me and my kids. He did not have the right to just push my kid and walk into my house.
