Rip-off scam con artists

Early december I received a letter in the mail by consumer first. It said i was approved not preapproved approved for a $5000 credit card all i had to do was send in 45 dollars for the membership or 49 if i wanted it rushed to me. I wanted to call them to get more info but there was no phone number or no website to reach them.

I got all happy i sent my money order off like that next week i havent received a card no letter no nothing now that i know whats going on i want my money back.
