I bought a Akc French bulldog puppy, His ears never stood, and he is as long as a basset hound

I purchase a AKC french bulldog pup for a good deal of money. The pup grew to be very, very poor quality. His ears never stood. He's as big as any standard beagle. The breeder Doug Padgett at http://frenchpuppies.com will not return my call. I can't even think of breeding this dog to my female. Much less show him to anyone. Beware. He is not a honest, make it right breeder. He could at least call me and resolve this issue. But he took my money and ran.
