Ripoff, harassment, idiotic employees

This company used repetitive and forceful sales techniques to get me to buy magazines from them. They then took longer than the stated 6 to 8 weeks. Relieved that I had an oppurtunity to get out of the shady deal, I called my credit card company to remove the charge from my statement. During (and after) this time, I recieved MULTIPLE calls from Consolidated Media Services (sometimes seven or eight in one day) trying to get me to renew, or try other services. This got very annoying, because who wants to talk to some drawling hillbilly telemarketer ten times a day?

Not so fast. After a while (although after the stated 8 weeks) the magazines started to arrive. From my point of view, I say "too bad, you took longer than what you said". However, our buddies at CMS don't feel that way. Now I am getting calls from their morons at the collection department, trying to say that they don't care how many calls or how disatisfied I am with their company, they will get their money come hell or high water.

If anyone is interested in filing a class-action suit against these clowns, I would be VERY interested.
