Pet Safe Cargo, Kent Abel, Besong Etarh Money Scam! Delivery of dog!

I came across a advert on a freeads website selling Dogue De Bordeaux puppies for 120 inc delivery fee (which is very cheap for this breed but he assured me it was due to his work commitments that he just wanted to find a good home for her), advertised as being in Kent but when i phoned Mr Kent Abel (if that is his real name) said he was in belfast, so the 120pounds inlcuded delivery fee, he said a pet transport agency would contact me to arrange delivery and to pay fee, i had to go to the post office and pay via moneygram the 120pounds then ring with a reference number.

When i did i was told i now had to pay 700 to insure the dogs life before transport could comence! When i told him id insure her myself i was told that was not allowed and that i would get full refund on receipt of the puppy. I contacted mr abel who when i said i had paid the agreed amount and i would not pay anymore he hung up the phone to me. Unfortunately Moneygram have advised me to ring police, which i have done and i am now seeking legal advise.

ONly ever use proffessional breeders via the kennel club. I have learnt a harsh lesson and the most upsetting thing is that i havent received my puppy.
