Rip-off paid $16.95 & ordered two pairs of slippers in November & have yet to receive them

I sent a check for $16.95 for payment for two pairs of slippers. I ordered them on November 12 and the check has been paid but I have yet to receive the slippers. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts.
