Charged my card $83.88

Freeshipping.com charged my debit card 83.88. I never ordered anything from them and do not know how they got my number. When I called them, they stated "someone in my family must have signed me up for their service". (I live alone).

Upon further review, they couldn't even find me in their system and said they couldn't take the charge off even if they wanted to. I contacted my bank and will fill out a fraud report for them to take the charge off, but I'm angry that this company is charging random peoples' cards. They also go under the name Insiders-Club. Thank you
