Auburn Gave my credit card info to 3rd party w/o my permission

Hollywood Video Gave My Personal Info to Entertainment Weekly without my permission. I confirmed this by calling Entertainment Weekly who said they got my info from Hollywod and they would be glad to refund it.

I then called the Hollywood store manager who said she would look into it. I then spoke to the Director of Loss Prevention who said he would research this issue.

I then received a call from the Director of Customer Support, Derek Ahlers, who is very friendly and a good listener but is not yet experienced enough to deal with a some what intelligent ex-customer

Right now I am forwarding a copy of my bank accountant the Director of Customer Support that not only shows the fraudulent charge but that it also cause me to have two subsequent overdraft charges. Said they would send a check in a week or two for all costs incurred.

Seen that this has obviously have previously. They still have not found a way to fix this issue even though its been 3 weeks.
