Rip-off tried to cash a old check via phone approval through my bank 4 mos. After I had cancelled

On August, I signed up my daughter for the Options Talent and wrote out a check in the amount of $595. Several days later, I e-mail the main office in Orlando, FL to inform them that I could not participate and would like to cancel the contract and anything else to do with this company.

In October, I received a phone call inquiring if I was still interested to have my daughter enrolled in this sleazy modeling web site. I again repeated myself that I did not want anything to do with this company and hung up.

Now, the day before christmas, my bank informed me that several checks in my accounts had bounced because of a "phone approval" debit that tried to go through. After a careful and time-consumed investigation, I learnt that Options Talent tried to put that old check through electronically. I never gave them permission to do so and as far as I was concerned, I thought I was all set.

Apparently, it doesn't matter what I told them.in my opinion, they tried to cash that check illegality. They stated to my bank that I had given them phone approval, which was just the opposite! I believe that's what you would call stealing!

Not only did I had to pay for my bounced checks, I also had to pay for a stop payment for that check and another stop payment fee for any thing that may go through electronically. And after I done writing this out, I will offically put a complaint through the Better Business Bureau office in Florida.
