Ruined my living room set left stains and streaks all over it!

Kirby co came and shampood my rug and my living room set. My rug came out great but when he was done with my couch - I asked what was all over it.

He (a kid named Matt) said that hopefully it would dry and go away. I said "hopefully"??? And what do I do if it doens;t? He told me to contact the company and somebody would come out and clean it.

This was last Thursday, today is Wednesday - 6 days later - and I have called the company at least 15 times but the manager has not called me back.

My living room couch is ruined! It's only 6 months old and was very expensive but now it looks awful! When I did talk to someone at the Kirby Co, they told me they don;t shampoo furniture! Well - why was mine done??? He did ask if I wanted it done!

I'm now stuck with a stained set with no one returning my phone calls! I had filled out a list of people to recieve a free service call from Kirby (my mistake) and they have called them all! But they can;t call me! I have called them and told them NOT to have them into thier homes, but the damage has been done!

What a dispicable company! They do NOT stand by their product!
