Once again the business man falls prey to rip-off artists and con men

After a year with North american bankcard I was ready to tell them goodby, they charge more than the salesman said, they lied about using my personal social security number I specifically told the salesman I wouuld not go longer than a year contract (yes he lied and I am being told it is a three year contract with a $ 575.00 dolllar penalty) I have the orignial paper work I filled out and mailed in and it plailnly states in my own hadwritting no more than a year, and Mrs. Tippen didn't return the call like I was told she would. So when you write a rebuttal Miss Tippen please answer why you do not return calls...

I would love to see a class action lawsuit, all you have to do is go to google and type in North American Bankcard Complaints and see all the sites (yes there is more than just this one) that handles all the complaints against this company. Even the Troy better business bureau has over one hundred complalints listed against this company.
