Bad business practice

This is what i wrote them and got NO response still!!!

To whom it may concern:

I am writing you this letter because i am dissatisfied and disappointed with the way i was treated at linens and things in plainville CT. I called 6 of your stores looking for for an item you carry called the Maxius MaxiGlide Hair Straightener for 79.99, finally i found it in plainville CT. I went to the store and could not find it so i asked an employee for help, she was very nice at first. She found it for me and asked me if i was all set i said yes. I started to walk to the check out line then remembered i should check to see if they carried the 4.5 quart kitchenAid mixing bowl. I started walking that way when i realized the women was following me so i turned around and she asked me where i was going so i told her that i was going to look at the kitchenAid bowls and she tried to take my Maxius MaxiGlide Hair Straightener from me. I was very taken back by that and asked her why she was trying to take it but she would not answer, i then asked her if she thought i was going to take it and she would not answer me, she just stared at me. So i turned around and walked to the checkout and when i got there she walked away and stopped following me. I have never in my life been mistreated like this in any store, being a mixed race women is hard in life, i don't need your employees making it harder! Since October 07 till now i have purchased 4 kitchenAids at 299.00 each for family member and i have all my receipts! I would never steal from anywhere, i own 2 business and have plenty of money, i did not appreciate the way i was treated and i wanted to share this with you.
