Rip-off scam con artists

Our nighmare started on Oct. 11 when the money 250.00 was deducted from our checking account we were told we would recieve a credit card and other benefits in the form of a credit card. We waited over a month and started calling the customer service line. Each time I called it was costing alot because they would hold for ever.

I have spent over $15.00 in phone calls to this company. They would tell me that we would be recieving this in just a few days but it has yet to come. Today is December 31 and we do not have the card. We are out 250.00 at this point and would appreciate any help we can get from you.
