Auction Einstein They advertize that they will send a free CD about Gov Grants

Fine print says that you have to cancel within 10 days or will be charged $89. Also that they will e-mail you information for a website. You receive no information and no cd. They only way I found to contact them was a telephone # on my bank statement after funds were withdrawn. Then they tell you should have cancelled within the 10 days. After I asked called for the physical address they offered me a refund.
