The grading company CGA gives high grades to the currency Arcade Currency Palace purchases from CGA and then the Arcade Currency Palace sells this currency to the unspecting public.

Mr. Sandikci, uses all the free press he recieved as a result of lies to help further his sales to the unsuspecting public., he projects he is the King of rare currency when he does nothing but rip-off the public. Buyers beware!!!
