Broke an expensive tv and is refusing to replace it

We were told that they would bring shrink wrap to protect our things - Not so. They soiled mattresses, scratched a headboard, lost hardware to the armoire, ripped a chair, scratched an antique cedar chest, and broke the projection screen on an expensive 60" Sony television ans is refusing to replace it.
They are masquerading as certified, legitimate movers, when in fact, they sent one "experienced" person and 2 "trainees".
