Worst experience ever! Buyer beware!

Requested an FTD Azalea Topiary Planter to become shipped to get a friend's dadis aftermath to become kept at their property. Never came. Named and was initially aimed to some callcenter service. After many calls there, I had been provided A - 310 quantity in California to keep in touch with somebody immediately associated with the organization and purchase. They did pull-up my purchase and maynot REALIZE WHY this occurred. Tabatha informed me she'd contact the florist and obtain back again to me. No-call back. Called again. She explained the purchase have been shipped which she'd deliver me a verification mail with verification figures and partial reimbursement data. Never received it. Called again... Talked to Rachael. She named the florist who evidently couldn't achieve the driver (they do not bring mobile phones - I REQUEST you so how exactly does a florist remain in company with this specific kind of running process???). Again, more of the exact same along with a guarantee to obtain back in my experience... No-call or mail. Named 24 hours later and talked to Kristy, the intended boss. She established the purchase was shipped at 3 PM but could not tell me the verification number. Guaranteed to obtain straight back in my experience using the data... Suprise, shock, no-call. Named FTD. FTD stated they've noticed many grievances about that florist and also to stop the purchase asap. They cover behind the FTD name-but they're the toughest floral store I've ACTUALLY experienced!!! Remain obvious!
