Confirming the other complaint about Opticom solutions on this web site. This company promises to switch your phone service from Verizon to another carrier and save you money.in reality, you stay with verizon — you don't save any money, and the service is even less reliable than it was with Verizon.
They also locked us into a 2 year contract without telling us this up front. Horrible customer support: They do not respond when the phone lines aren't working. We have to work out the problem with Verizon ourselves.
Avoid this company at all costs.
