Auto withdrawl of $16.95? Mo. From my debit card

I just noticed that for the last few months, there has been a withdrawl using my debit card info of $16.95? Mo. I tried to contact www.program..com and was told they could find no history of such dealings connected to me, or my debit card. I faxed them copies of the withdralws to 1-913-890-7705. I want my money back and to stop any further withdrawls.
