We Care Claims Management Never followed through on claim expensive, not that fast at moving

All My Sons has their own claims firm called We Care Claims Management, Inc. Their claims dept is extremely difficult to deal with and very rude.

The move: I had moved everything but 5 or 6 pieces of furniture, because I did not want to damage them or hurt myself in moving them 20 minutes away. The movers took 4 hours to pack, move, and unload the furniture.

They did not wrap the china cabinet well enough and did not strap my gas grill down in the truck. The grill rolled down the truck and into the china cabinet breaking one pane of glass and putting a large dent in the wood, not to mention all the wood chips from the glass shards. The grill had a dent in it too on the back side, but I have no idea how that could have ever happened.

I filed a claim, had it notarized, and sent in. I received poor service in response and finally got a letter saying that I would only get some of the value of repairs back in return. I asked for about $150 to pay for a pane of glass and a furniture repairman to fix the dent and chips. I was told I would only receive $108.

I had to send in another notarized letter stating that I was okay with $108... I thought it was not worth the fight even though the china cabinet was brand new.

I have yet to hear a response back on the phone or by mail stating where my $108 is.

I will never use All My Sons again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them too.
